Terms of Service
Read the site, use what you learn, and quote it with attribution and a link. Do not republish whole articles, scrape the site at scale, or present its work as yours. The content is informational only, comes with no warranty, and Iron Leaks accepts no liability for what you do with it.
These terms cover your use of Iron Leaks at cernovichleaks.com, and using the site means you accept them. They are written in plain language on purpose, because terms nobody can read are terms nobody follows.
Acceptable use
You may read, print, save and share the articles here for your own use, and link to any page without asking.
You may not attack the site or degrade it for other people. That means no attempts to break into the server or any account, no probing for vulnerabilities, no malware, no automated scraping that loads the server, and no bulk copying for republication. You also may not use the site unlawfully, or misrepresent yourself as Iron Leaks or its editor.
Who owns the content
Iron Leaks owns the articles, tables, page structure, site name and design published here, and the work is protected by copyright. Written material is by Cole Brennan unless a page says otherwise.
Quoting is welcome and needs no permission, on three conditions: keep the extract short, attribute it to Iron Leaks, and include a working link to the page you took it from. A paragraph in your own article, a figure in a forum post, a table cited in a newsletter. All of that is fine.
Republishing whole articles is not permitted, with or without credit. Neither is rewriting one into a near-copy, translating it in full, or reproducing the site’s tables as your own work. To use more than a short extract, ask first at [email protected].
Third-party names on this site, such as journals, professional bodies and government agencies, belong to their owners and appear only as references. They imply no affiliation, as set out on the disclaimer page.
Informational purposes only
Everything here is general fitness and nutrition information for healthy adults. It is not medical, diagnostic or treatment advice, and it creates no professional or coaching relationship between you and Iron Leaks or its editor. Resistance training carries physical risk and you exercise your own judgment when you train. The full statement is on the disclaimer page; the sourcing standard is on how we research.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Iron Leaks works hard to get things right. Sources are read in full, and priority pages are re-reviewed on roughly a 30-day cadence. Even so, it does not guarantee that every page is complete, current or free of error, and it guarantees no training or health outcome. Research changes and pages can go out of date between reviews. Report a mistake and it will be corrected in the article with the change noted. There is also no guarantee that the site will be available or free of technical faults.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Iron Leaks and Cole Brennan are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of this site or anything you read here. That includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential and punitive damages, and injury sustained while training.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Where a limitation is unenforceable, the rest of these terms still stand.
Links to other sites
Articles link out to research papers and other third-party pages, because that is how a citation works. Iron Leaks does not control those sites, is not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices, and does not endorse the organizations behind them. A link is a reference, not a recommendation. Once you leave, the destination’s own terms apply.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The current version always lives on this page and the last-reviewed date changes when it does. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms, so it is worth a glance if you rely on the licensing section.
Governing law and contact
Iron Leaks is published in the United States and these terms are governed by applicable United States law. Nothing in them limits any right you hold under mandatory consumer protection law in your own jurisdiction.
If any provision here is unenforceable, the rest continue in force. Questions about these terms go to [email protected]. What the inbox accepts is listed on the contact page.
